3rd time trying to make dumplings

The first time is a fail..
It all sticked together because I overlapped them too long..
No place to put and I forget to separate them in time..

Second time quite successful..

but the skin too thick ..

After that ..

I tried again the 3rd time ..

Tried my best to make the skin super thin..

And I took photo of my whole progress ..

First make dough,

Make long long,

Then cut,

put powder and put in here..

No other place to put..

After roll, no place to put,

hang at the bowl side..

Sharmyne slowly chopped the pork until like that..

Haha .. make and cook at same time ..

1st I did all by myself,

2nd she helped half..

3rd fully helped out..

Recently no photos taken,
and I really have no idea what to update..
But today ..
First attempt to make my own dumplings..
Not bad but it failed at the end..
I put then in a bowl and they sticked together..
(I forget to separate them fast enough ..)
I am so forgetful !!
but will try again tml .
Hopefully can be nice ..
And not salty enough ..
(my grandma didnt write the portion..
She is a great cook and always make the right portion!)
